Meet with a local appraiser (Jeff Bennett), visit a property, everyone creates their own “value”, then meet to review. Appraiser will provide his findings and the person closest in value wins a prize. 

** Note: This class will begin at the property that you will be doing the appraisal on! After you visit the property, you will then head to the GIAR Training Room to run your numbers and for discussions!**
