NEW REALTORS® MUST COMPLETE ORIENTATION WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS.   

Orientation is your official welcome into the REALTOR® family. There, we'll provide you with helpful resources and tools that will improve the way you do business. As a REALTOR®, you play an important role in this industry, and orientation will introduce you to the many benefits from your local, state, and national REALTOR® associations.  

Failure to complete this requirement will require you to re-submit an application with repayment of the application fee ($150).   

New Member Orientation is a full-day orientation and you must attend the entirety of the training in order to meet the membership requirement.  

MORNING SESSION: The first session will cover the basics of REALTOR® membership. Get your first introduction to professional standards, the Code of Ethics, REALTOR® Safety, and Fair Housing. You will also get an extensive rundown on national, state, and local member benefits.  

AFTERNOON SESSION: The second session will offer in-depth Matrix MLS and SentriLock lockbox training. Our knowledgeable leadership and staff will show you the ins and outs of the technology side of being a REALTOR®, and you will get an opportunity to ask questions and grow your mastery of our computer-based and mobile application-based systems.
